This has a clean, pure coffee taste. The MCT oil seems to create a fuller, smoother flavor than other coffees so I do not add anything to this most of the time. I am accustomed to MCT oil but if you are not the taste may be odd. I get an extra, smooth kick of energy about 20-30 minutes after consuming. There is no crash just a gradual fade. That is consistent with my other MCT oil experiences. This is my current favorite for all occasions, especially pre 12 hour shift work.

This is excellent coffee! It's definitely pricey compared the typical stuff and I wasn't sure it was going to be worth it but I cold brewed it and it was some of the best I have ever had. I reordered their Gold blend and it is also wonderful.

This coffee is my wife’s absolute go to. Black rifle coffee ? Dirt. The taste is indescribably good. You can use less coffee grounds on account of it is so strong. It’s a deep delicious black that leaves you perked up for the day.

Taste:This is a premium cup of coffee. It is not too bold, but some would say that it does not offer the satisfying kick they would receive from a Starbucks Coffee. However, friends that don't drink coffee enjoyed the taste of CC due to its rich flavor.It is suggested that you do not add cream or sugar. Adding that lowers the value of the coffee because you're masking the flavor.Energy:I was told that this coffee had more to offer when it comes to caffeine and energy. I found that this was not the case even after adding the MCT oil and butter.Cost:I believe this item is heavily overpriced. For those looking for a great source of caffeine/energy, stick with the cheaper coffee. I was able to make this coffee last about 2 weeks after brewing a few cups for friends and family. $30 is more than I like to budget for coffee.Overall:If you are a connoisseur and can taste the tiniest differences in your coffee, then by all means give this a shot. For those looking for a better amp for your day, stick with the same old beans you spend $6 on. This coffee really is no different. Especially after adding cream and sugar.

I'm not really a coffee snob, but I do have particular tastes when it comes to certain beans and roasts I like. This is a pretty good roast I've gotten a couple of times. My wife's not a fan, but I like it if I get the grind just right. I usually brew it pretty strong and have it with a teaspoon or 2 of the Caveman MCT oil. I guess the price is comparable to most other boutique coffee brands as well.

I am a repeat customer of Caveman Coffee. It is a wonderful blend. I think it's the best coffee in the world. Highly recommended.

i tried a handful of more expensive coffees recently. this one stood out as being good. of all the higher end coffees i tried this is the only one i felt like i would buy again. but, for the price, i'll probably mostly just stick to camerons coffee from my local grocery stores.

Bought this based off the adverts/endorsements from various older MMA content online (JRE/MMA on-point etc) and was curious to try it out.Real nice coffee in general (currently drinking it black, from a bean-to-cup coffee maker. ("Casual" point of view. Not a coffee "snob" for want of a better phrase).Docked 1 star based solely on the higher price tag. It is far from the cheapest available (even in the US without import fees etc judging by their website).(P.s. there's one answer below from 3 years ago stating it comes ground. Having ordered x2 bags, 1 being a father's Day gift, both arrived as whole bean (June '21), just a heads up. Ordered mine to arrive at work with no bleeding way to grind it due to that 😂).

Well I tried it and it was like drinking a cup of average coffee. It also made me feel a bit sick. Dont believe the hype!
