Follow-up from vendor
Upon arrival, product would not connect to my computer for updates. Bluetooth did not connect to my iPhone. There was an error message in the data base stating that the software had a problem uploading to device. Product could not be returned. Advice was to contact the manufacturer.Update: Upon looking for the vendors' contact information the only thing that could be found was "email address removed"....
