As such a complete waste of money
Complete tat. Clamping and adjustment is clunky with little scope for refining the stems angle. This resulted in a sudden drop of the handlebars by a few mm despite having been tightened which resulted in a worrying moment while in traffic. Further still the stem is a little off-line when viewed from above. This suggests a lack of precision in its manufacture, or a machinist who was having a seriously off day. As such a complete waste of money, & stem replaced. I was even sent the wrong length too.
