What else could you want?
Just received this today. I will update as time goes by (just bothers me to see a product with no reiviews or ratings).Out of the box - I love this! I have a Roland RD300NX piano and the sound from this amp is clean, rich, crisp, deep and LOUD if I want! I started with a used Fender Rumble 100 and it was too large, heavy and powerful for my needs. Then I ordered a Fender Frontman 10G. I don't know if it was defective or just kinda crappy. There was no rich tone, no bass, just tinny. So like Goldilocks, this Blackmore seems to be JUST right. The handle and wheels are awesome to move it around. It looks great! Can't wait to try all the functions: 1/4" instrument input, 1/4" microphone input PLUS microphone included, EQ, MP3/aux input with separate volume, Bluetooth, and rechargeable battery built in. It's everything.I'm including a pic from the manual that shows the instrument panel. The picture in the ad was hard to see clearly to be able to tell what it all was.

Worth the money!
Was looking for something with enough power and quality sound with ability to adjust highs and lows while singing karaoke with my kids. This little unit is plenty loud enough and streams from my android phone great. Plugged in my guitar and the sound kicks! Would have given 5 stars, but the cheap little DC charger that comes with it was broken upon arrival. Easy fix. Ordered one from Amazon that was UL rated and the same specifications for 11 bucks and some change. Comes with a decent microphone too!

I was so amazed at the sound quality this provided my Korg keyboard that I ordered a second unit for my Yamaha Keyboard

this is good but watch out for yourself
Wth this item Amazon has taken on the mantel of 'caveat emptor' solidly. I am pleased with this item, but only because i knew the advertising claims could not be true and I was looking for a replacement for an ION amp. It does that much satisfactorily, tone quality not qute up to it, but usable, and it is relatively cheap at much less than half the price of an ION. Now to the problem you and Amazon have. The rated 1400 wats (audio output assumed) is impossible, though it also says that on the box. Amazon should know that and at least research it before they advertise it. There is a slip of paper that takes the place of an owner's manual, sketchy at best, but in there is says 30 Watts audio power. I suspect maybe 18 or 20 but I have no way to check that. However, with the big possibility of the draw to this item being the 1400 watt advertising claim, I think that Amazon has left itself open to a class action suit. Now again, I am satisfied with it, but only because I was expecting the lower wattage rating. The microphone is chintz, call it karioke quality, so you might want to use a better one, but at least there is a connection for both mic and guitar separately. I am guessing that what happened is that the person who wrote the advertizing does not have a technical background. Again, if this is typical of how Amazon proceeds, without testing or checking the products, then we have to be very careful here in the future.
