Didn’t help me sleep
Did not work well at all for me. 40 bucks for 30 servings, I expected much more.

Tasty and it does the job (for me!) but maybe not strong enough for others?
I originally got a sample pack and really liked it. Nice soothing flavor, not too strong, just enough potency for me. Then I bought full 30 servings pack, same results! So I'm not sure why the negative reviews here. I guess it just doesn't work for everyone. Perhaps my sleep issues are not as bad as the others who have commented here?

OK for some, not for me
I have the type of insomnia where I fall asleep right away but wake up after 4ish hours of sleep and am up for a couple hours before I can get back to sleep. I was hoping this would help but it didn't. I felt extra sleepy when using it, so if you have trouble falling asleep, this might work for you.

Had great expectations after reading company's ad. Did nothing but give me a head ache.

It kept me up!
Surprisingly, this product had the reverse effect on me! I could feel a certain drowsiness about the time the product was supposed to kick in, but sleep wouldn’t come. I would toss and turn for hours. I did feel like I slept deeper once I finally fell asleep, but at the cost of several hours of potential sleep. The nights I would skip using it, I fell right asleep. I generally don’t have any issues sleeping, I chose the product simply to improve the quality of my sleep.
