Medical-Surgical Nursing Demystified

I find this book very helpful when studying for my med surg nursing class. Often times, reading my textbook leaves me confused and overwhelmed. Whereas this book gives all the same information as the textbook without the fluff. I find myself reaching for this book every time I start learning about a new body system and find it to be a "bridging" tool between me and my med surg book.

This in is my go to book as a new grad. It fits perfect into my bag. It's not too big. It has enough info that makes sense when I have to look something up so I can explain it to the patient. I also has labs and other info in it that is very helpful.

This is a good book and covers a variety of bases, but you will need to use this with other resources. It is great at providing an overview and some guidance for care planning, but it is not all inclusive so you will need to use a variety of other resources as well. Great for RN Students or RN's who need to learn and/or freshen up on Medical Surgical Nursing for common medical surgical issues.

I am a baby nurse now. And working in medical floor. I choose this book to refresh my nursing knowledge because I graduated about 5 years ago and never worked in medical floor. I reviewed this book briefly and very satisfied. And plae to buy others from this company. Well organized and easy to understand. Thanks.

Very useful, the the questions don’t feel as hard as other NCLEX questions I’ve seen. However, a great study tool.

Get this book, the series Demystified is awesome! I promise you won't be sorry! I have bought a ton of books for nursing school that claim they make the information easy to understand including the made easy books and these are so much better!

This book is amazing!! The content is laid out very nicely. It breaks the content into easy to read and understand sections. I would definitely recommend this book! It makes for a great study tool or a refresher.

I thought this book would be a great review for me as I have been out of nursing for several years and needed a pharmacology review. However, it is not as 'categorized' as it could be and leaves some important information about drug classes out that needs to be included.

This book is amazing it's quick to the point summaries with tables. Great for quick reference, quick review of content. Product came in mint condition and shipped faster than was stated would arrive.

this is an awesome shortcut to clear and concise information when you are on the unit. Great as a refresher.
