ARACHIDONIC ACID by Element Nutraceuticals (3 PACK)

This supplement helped me fix my chronic eczema! I'm a fitness addict who trains hard so this supplement is great for both recovery, muscle building AND apparently my skin! Great customer service too.

New to arachidonic acid but thought I'd give it a shot. I reached a point where going to the gym every day didn't seem to matter, I had reached a plateau. It didn't take long after use and I was feeling sore again, like my workouts were actually making a difference. Definitely worth trying.

I find this to be a great value. My max dosage will be 4 capsules at 1400mg.I work out 4 days a week. Thus this bottle will last me approx 6 weeks. Potency is the name of the game.-Masshound570

Good for recovery

This stuff was incredible. Within the first week of using it, I got a PR on deadlift that I had been chasing for 6 months. I also added 5 lbs of body weight, making no changes to my diet or training. I had been fluctuating between 185 and 190. By the end of the bottle I was steadily maintaining 195. The weight didn't seem to be fat or water retention, and has mostly stayed on after I finished the bottle. Though now that I am finished my weight does seem to fluctuate more again between about 192-195.

I took the stack of 3 things same brand. I haven’t noticed anything, it’s probably helping a little bit I can’t tell.

Day 4 and I can't tell any difference. Might just as well be taking I cancel full of flour. I would give it a zero Stars except I'm thinking it might still kick in at some point. I took hemodraulix with arachidonic acid which they don't make anymore and it was very effective so I'm still hoping this stuff will eventually have an effect.
