I’ve been feeling so much healthier after adding this product into my diet. Aside from staying well, I feel like my digestion (which causes me trouble every once in a while), is smoother - the zinc makes it feel like my body is breaking down foods more easily. Overall, the vitamin has just made me feel healthier and more in control of feeling good.And this particular product has been very easy to add into my daily routine because it can be taken in a few different ways. When I have some excess time, I make a smoothie and add a dose of the liquid, and it gives the smoothie an extra kick of tartness in the flavor. But, though the drops have a citrus taste, the flavor isn’t overpowering or overwhelming. Therefore, on days when I’m short on time, I can just take the vitamin by itself without it leaving a bad taste.I’d recommend this product for anyone looking for a simple way to feel a little healthier. It’s easy to add zinc into your diet, it makes you feel better digestion-wise, and it could be the thing you need to prevent you from catching other people’s illnesses.

I suffer from Beta Thalassemia anemia, along with other health problems, which cause my immune system to not function correctly, so I tend to get sick often. Zinc is usually a staple in my medicine cabinet because using zinc at the first sign of a cold can help reduce or stop the cold, as well as using as a prophylactic.I love that the liquid form makes it one less pill I have to take! Also, the citrus flavour is good. Plus, the liquid form is better for absorption over pills and capsules. It's easy to just throw it in your purse for later!Also, it's made in the USA, which is great. I love supporting local products.Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, and will be purchasing again! It's an easy way to get my daily Zinc!

My 8 yr old has been on this for over a month for mild acne. 1m dropper dose at night. Since starting he hasn't had a pimple. Not sure if it's a coincidence or actually working. The taste is like a strong lemon. I tried him on a pill but he was unable to swallow them. He takes this a then drinks a sip of water after and is fine.

Very happy with this zinc supplement. I love the liquid form! Goes down very easily with a small glass of water or some juice. It leaves that familiar tangy aftertaste that most zinc supplements have, but it's very mild and goes away quickly. I normally get sick a few times during the winter but I've been taking it daily during this cold and flu season and so far I haven't had even a tickle.

I love the fact that it is liquid making it faster to go to work for my body! I add to my smoothie... I will definitely reorder and buy it for my daughter as well. Zinc is important and it could be helping me to get over an infection faster... Several months later ... I can say I believe it does make a difference. My entire family is now using it!

Good product, use daily and just add to my gatorade

I absolutely loved this product!! It’s so convenient too because I just put drops in my water bottle every morning. It gives me so much energy and I’ve had zinc before but this is my favorite one:)

Our daughter's doctor advised she take this bc of her low levels, and we put 1ml in her bottle each day and it has helped her levels and even growth and a bit of appetite.
