Love it
Of course anyone that thinks this is gonna taste like real liquor is crazy, so to give it a bad review like that is not exactly honest. I think the stuff was delicious and it did add a little something extra to Mocktails so I felt like I was getting a treat. I think all of them had a really good flavor.

Waste of money. Needs for intense flavor
I bought this to make a non alcoholic beverage for my wife. First, we tried it straight undiluted and I was immediately disappointed. The flavor is reminiscent of Sprite, but the flavor is barely noticable. It’s like cutting a slice of grapefruit, squeezing all the juice out of it into the sink, rinsing the squeezed slice under water for 10 minutes and then putting that in 5 gallons of water for flavor. It’s there, but there’s nothing there. With this being used to make a non alcholic mixed drink it’s a waste. Adding anything to this, even 2oz seedlip to 1oz club soda, dilutes the flavor to plain water. For the cost of this bottle which is equivalent to that of an equal amount of alcohol like gin, this is an absolute waste of money. If the flavor was 1000x more intense, it might be worth using since it’s meant to be mixed with something else and still tasted. Save yourself $30 and buy yourself two cans of Sprite and you will have about the same volume of something similar in flavor and can stand up to something else being added without loosing it’s influence on taste. Very disappointing. I’ll be back to diluting gin for flavoring a drink for my wife.

Dieting or trying to reduce alcohol consumption
Ok so this a super honest and probably to much information for a review but if this helps someone, I thought why not. I bought and tried this without reading any reviews as to not sway me. I drink to much, and when I drink I eat to much so to cut back on both I looked for an alternative to my nightly wine while I cook dinner, so I searched for an alternative that I could still sip and enjoy but not spike my hunger cravings and sugar crash hangover. I knew ordering a non-alcoholic spirit wasn't going to taste like my gin and soda so my expectations were not set. I ordered the Seedlip Grove 42 as I thought this would be the best replacement for what I was currently drinking. I must say I was pleasantly surprised I poured a shot and added club soda and fresh lime. If you are watching your calories and/or your drinking this is a great alternative. Your expectations of a good buzz must be left at the door, this is a replacement for alcohol so set your expectations for that and pour yourself a fancy drink in a fancy glass and pat yourself on the back in the morning for saying no to alcohol and no hangover!

Not for me, unfortunately
I've been on the hunt for zero-proof cocktails and beverages and have tried several. This one isn't for me. I can tell they care and are trying to do subtle, thoughtful infusions, but for my taste it's rather bland and watery (I've tried three different flavors). If you were to drink it straight--or on the rocks, with a twist, or some mint or rosemary, or a squeeze of fresh citrus, it's definitely going to taste pleasant. But it's not bold and for me, what I'm looking for is something that tastes like booze, and works well in a cocktail. This isn't that. For my money, the big winner is St Agrestis's Phony Negroni and Amaro Falso. Both are fantastic, but the Phony Negroni tastes like a perfectly balanced Negroni--in fact, it can fool people; I've proven that. Another that I really enjoy in a margarita is the Ritual Tequila Alternative. It doesn't exactly taste like Tequila, but it's very tasty and has the right mouth feel/throat burn.I'm not trying to fully diss this product because some people may very much like it and the bottle and branding is beautiful. It really just depends on what you want from a zero-proof product.

Strange Flavor
I really want to like this. On first try, it had a strange, almost chemical taste. I'm going to give it another chance. Maybe mixed with some fresh lemon juice it will be better. I love that it's non-alcoholic and sugar free. These are big plusses for me. It's a bit on the expensive side, but the bottle is very large, so it will last a while. Overall, I applaude what they are doing, not sure if its a total success. More tastings and experimentation will tell.

Water....barely flavored.
I've written this exact review for the other flavor....because it's the same: What a waste of money! It's barely a hint of flavored water. I get a better bite out of a kombucha and La Croix. I can't believe the company taunts us with the hype and pretty packaging and charges us for whatever they believe their "distilling" process is worth.

almost no flavor
almost no flavor, so it can’t be mixed with anything to produce a balanced cocktail
