I love Gentle Souls and was excited to see these sandals at a good price for warm weather. I have a high instep and the fit across the ankle strap was not a good look--I had to use the second hole in the strap, and the elastic strap behind the leather showed on the sides. The center piece seems to be designed to fit smoothly on the foot at the 3rd hole only--when using the second hole on the ankle strap, the center piece tilted up on the outside edge rather than fitting smoothly to the foot. Otherwise a nice shoe--just not for a high-instep/thicker ankle.

I saw these shoes listed elsewhere for twice the price and couldn't pass up a bargain. Not only are these shoes beautiful and well made, they fit like a dream. I especially like the back of the heel being covered since I can't stand dress pants getting caught under my heels. Can't wait to see how they perform on a 12+ hour day.

I sent them back. The buckle just took too long. For morning routine it was too long. Otherwise would have kept.

Wow!!!! I love this shoe so much that I have spent the last few days looking at other Gentle Souls shoes. Great shoe.

Great shoe and so comfortable. I ended up having to order a 1/2 size down to the 6. These are really comfortable. Only issue is that the tip of the shoe immediately frayed. The fabric is almost too soft and needs reinforcement.

These shoes feel great after wearing them all day. The material is excellent quality. They are beautiful shoes that feel wonderful to wear!
