I am not the most regular pooper and I tried this once and was amazed! It completely cleaned out my colon with such ease. No cramps or too much delay. Works everytime!!! The only this it is a little grainy while drinking it but I put it in a water bottle and shake it before every sip, and try to drink it fast if it sits too long it kinda turns a little jelly-ish, Highly recommend!

I like the fact that it comes in packets. Easier to take along on vacation. I like the orange flavor too. It also has a lotmore fiber than Metamucil.

Did not work for me I took it 2 times per day and 8r still didn't send me to the bathroom
