I loved the brightness of this light. It was amazing on walks and jogs at night. Sadly, the two I received both are terrible with batteries. Duracell, Energizer, even the ones it came with. You can only get 1.5 - 2 hours (over 2-3 uses) on the low setting before its dead. It likely can only work on full brightness for maybe 40 mins. Unacceptable for LEDs. I have another LED headlamp that gives me 6 to 8 hrs, but its 3 watt. Id rather have that.

 I used this headlamp maybe 5 times for about 5 minutes each time. Now, after about 5 times the light does not stay on. I push the button to turn on the light and it may stay on anywhere from 2 to 5 seconds before turning off. I put fresh batteries in but still didn't work. This headlamp is basically useless after very little use.

Do not buy this headset if you are a runner or hiker and want to use this light at night. The description sounded great because it said the light has more of a width than other headlamps which are usually more of a concentrated beam of light, however you cannot see anything in front of you and no detail on the ground to see where you are stepping. The 300 lumens is spent providing a wide beam of light, not illuminating any detail in front of you.Icing on the cake, the headlamp burnt out in less than 1 hour of using it. Good thing my iphone has a flashlight

Great product well made. Could make the batteries last a little longer or do not include them. Either way, this is a great quality headlight. We also got the hydrating packs, definitely worth it!!!!

Wow brightest headlamp I've ever used. I was the coolest camper on the trip. Way better than those dim single- or triple-LED lamps. It's nice that you can adjust the angle easily AND the mechanism is strong enough to keep the light in place when you do adjust it. Seriously this light will blind the person you're talking to if you don't adjust it to point downwards. I've only used it camping/backpacking so far, but if you need a light for caving this monster would probably still be enough.

LED is really bright and all worked great until 5 days after I received. Quality of product is really cheap. On/Off button quit working and going to look into sending back- now just a paper weight. Cant really say much since under $10.00 -get what you pay for. Ordered another brand headlamp that cost more- but I'm sure better quality. Don't wast money on this cheap product.

Good light when it works. It likes to go in and out and am kinda frustrated with it now though

Worked great at first, but broke after about 2 month with VERY light use (i.e to look for my cats outside after dark). I know it wasn't very expensive but I expected better.
