Pack of 2 natural cork water key corks 9mm diameter. For the maintenance and care of most brass instruments.

Easy replacement - routine maintenance task.
Fits standard size water keys - well worth replacing every few years or so. Mine was leaking quite badly, although admittedly it had never been changed since new in 1975...Also fits trombone size waterkeys - which is why I needed two.Easy to fit, without removing the waterkey from the instrument, just remember to clean all the remnants of the old cork out of the key socket, and degrease it before gluing the new one in.Appears too tall when first fitted - squeeze the key closed firmly once the glue is set, to start forming the shape of the valve seat into the cork seal.Quite astonished that another reviewer has deducted a star for not being pre-glued! A contact adhesive like Evostik works perfectly for this.

Very good quality, fits a standard Conn 88H. and quite inexpensive. A music have for any proper brass player

Fits nicely into my trombone's waterkey but is a little too ...
Fits nicely into my trombone's waterkey but is a little too thick so it doesn't completely cover the tap. This doesn't affect sound but spit leaks while I play. I suggest cutting in half so that it's thinner before fitting it onto the trombone (not to mention you'll get four replacements that way)!

Small but perfectly formed
They may look insignificant but are an essential part of the instrument. The quality is OK and at a good price.
