It is coconut oil no worries that does get hard in places
The pills were a little Caked up. I called the company he was very polite very professional and explain to me that it is coconut oil and it does cake up unless you hold it in your hand to get it warm then it will become oil again which makes sense. And he's studying I heard that this is the best form of vitamin D3.

Inconsistent coloring
Many of the pills were hazy (not clear) and some were hazy and clear. They looked as though they were turning bad or the liquid inside the pill was not mixing together. I stopped using these after I had an allergic reaction to them and broke out in hives.
