Pillow seems to keep me in alignment
I always have neck pain due to injuries. I have tried many pillows without success. I finally started to sleep on a folded bath towel in a pillow case. I am a back sleeper and that was comfortable but hard on the back of my head, this pillow allows the same support without waking with the back of my head hurting. So far I am very happy with this pillow. I have not used this long enough to rate durability.

Standard sized pillow. Thus far, I've been able to sleep on it (side and back) without a problem. I'm still questioning if it actually supports my neck though.

Doesn't help align your spine.
Not what I expected at all. It has increased neck and shoulder pain!! Also hardly any Support for it's like sleeping on a marshmallow.

Good quality and value
I bought this pillow for myself for neck stiffness and my husband feel in love with it. Needless to say we will have to buy another!

Disappointing
Filling is uneven. Thicker on one end. I like a thin pillow and this is not enough support for me, and I am 150 lbs so it’s not like I need a big pillow.

A good pillow makes a didference in your sleep
I love the pillow. It is very comforqble and I feel it has improved my sleeping. I think i will take it with me when I travel

So far so good with these pillows. I haven’t had a neck pain since I started using it.

I found out I have a displaced disc in my neck. This pillow has really helped with the pain.
