PatonsAlpaca Blend Yarn - (5) Bulky Gauge - 3.5oz - Lagoon - Machine Washable For Crochet, Knitting & Crafting

Bought 11 balls of Patons yarn for a project and have yet to work with one of them (just started the 9th ball) that doesn't have at least one knot in it. Most of the balls have 2 or more knots and a couple had spinning errors where the yarn was 2 threads thick... this is a bulky eight yarn! Very frustrating to work with and poor quality control.

I love this yarn. The color is so pretty. The texture is great. The only complaint is I didn’t expect it to have knots. I don’t think $10 ball of yarn should have knots. But maybe it’s just my ‘good luck’. Otherwise I do love the yarn and will be buying more

I had no idea what I was missing. This is beautiful yarn, like butter running thru yourfingers. Amazing to work with. Substantial weight, but not that bulky stuff. I will bebuying more...later, of course. My prayers go out to everyone during this difficulttime. Be safe.

The yarn fell apart while I was crocheting it was so thin, plus halfway through the project that was a knot in it. For that kind of money you would think the yarn would last I have a picture of what it look like while I was trying to crochet. It was horrible. I've never had yarn this bad and I do a lot of crocheting.

So disappointed in the color this yarn came in. It looks like a dark lagoon color, more teal than blue. I wanted a Baltic BLUE color as indicated in the picture. I used the color anyway, and am needing more, doubt I'll ever match that color. So mad that I didn't return it, but it took forever to get it! I guess if you want a certain color, you need to look at it in person, instead of buying online! Lesson learned!

Beautiful yarn. Very soft. The piece came out well, but the yarn was knotted half way through the skein. The manufacturer had obviously tied it together... Not what I want in my work

This Alpaca Blend Yarn is easy to work with and so very soft. I have not washed the sweater as yet. I blocked it by placing the sweater on a towel, and put a towel on top and very lightly steamed pressed. Not the ribbing, just the body of the sweater. When it is washed, I would put it in a mesh bag. Haven't decided whether to hand wash cold or machine wash cold on gentle cycle.

The Patons Alpaca Blend in smoke, 3.5 oz is clearly no 3.5 ozs. The same in birch appears to be the correct weight. I’m waiting for another delivery. We’ll see.

Bonjour j’ai bien reçu la commande mais je n’ai reçu que 3 balles. Dans la description il est bien écrit lot de 5 balles. J’ai donc commande 3 fois le lot pour obtenir au total 15 balles.Tel qu’il est mentionné dans la description « lot de 5 pelotes de laine d’alpaga -99,2 g » j’apprécierais recevoir la balance de la commande soit 13 pelotes.Merci de me confirmer le tout.
