Fast shipping and excellent packaging. The Leatherman tool feels very premium and sturdy.
Oven cook, 180˚C Electric/160˚C Fan/Gas 4 – 3 hours (for Pulled Pork). Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place joint into an ovenproof dish with 500ml of water and cover tightly with foil. Place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 3 hours. Rest joint and remove string for 15 minutes before shredding the meat apart with two forks.
