PERFECT for sleeping
I bought this bra to wear post-surgery because it had the front-closure and looked incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, it has very little support to it, so it wasn't great for right after surgery. BUT... it has been WONDERFUL as a sleep bra. I am a 38G and the girls need a little bit of support, even at night, and this bra gives you just that - a modicum of support. The fabric is incredibly soft, the seams are smooth, everything fits and feels great. I actually thought all the hooks in front would irritate my sensitive skin when I tossed and turned at night - but I've never even noticed them.In fact, there is only one downside to this bra - I have now reached the age where "cheater glasses" are necessary for reading, and the black of the bra is so dark it makes it a little bit hard to see the hooks and hook it properly unless I'm standing next to a lamp. Oh the joys of getting older... But I still highly recommend this one if you are looking for just a little support and a whole lot of comfort!

The best post op bra I have found.
After a long search for a post op bra that i could wear 24/7, and after trying on at least 15 different ones, this wonderful bra is the best out there.I am supposedly down to a 34C/D post op, but with the bruising and swelling I ordered this in an XL (2 days post op). Am wearing it on its first set of hooks for now, but as the swelling reduces I can go to the second set.PROS: -Front closure (so essential for post op).- Double set of hooks (to adjust as swelling reduces)- Soft soft soft material and no discomfort- No Uniboob, as its cut to hold each breast separately and not as one lumpy unit- No seams along the side, removing any chafing or discomfort- Low enough front to be able to wear like a normal bra under clothes without it looking like a surgical number- Easy to wash and air dry- Feels expensive and well made-Good support-Great value for price-Comes in a couple of colorsCONS: None really, the only quibble is that the straps are not adjustable, but maybe having an adjustable loop may have added to some discomfort anyways that is easily remedied by buying the other model the same company sells WITH adjustable straps (Carefix "Alice" Front Close Comfort Bra w/ Adjustable Straps #329150), which I just received and is wonderful as well. All in all: an excellent buy, I would highly recommend this, as it looks sleek, is comfortable and has everything I needed for post op care, without looking like a post op bra. The last thing one needs (after a reduction) is to be wearing a bra that is the size of a tank! Even in these early days I wanted to wear something that did the job and looked good.

Ok
The size medium appeared to be very small but when I put it in the compression was actually not tight . I am a 34DD , 140 pounds . After an augmentation . Straps are not adjustable . Has two rows of hooks in front and even on the tightest , was still not too tight. I would consider a small if firm compression is needed . Material is slightly itchy and thin, not as thick and high quality as it appeared and honestly for the price I expected better quality . If you need very firm compression or small narrow shoulders I would size down or go with a different bra. Excellent for sleeping .

Good for sleeping
I had a breast reduction a month ago and needed a compression bra with good support. The size large bra fits well and is comfortable (I'm 5'4", 150#, 34D), but it is not supportive enough to wear to work or for going out. Also, the bottom band rolls up and looks terrible under my top. However, it is great for sleeping and wearing around the house. 4 stars because it is very expensive for something just to sleep in. The Marena surgical bra is a better/far more supportive option for wearing back to work, but it too looks horrible under a top. It's also too uncomfortable to sleep in. So, there you have it - if you have breast surgery, you'll need a Carefix Bella for sleeping and a Marena Surgical Bra for daytime activities. I'm 5 weeks post-op and I anticipate needing to wear surgical bras for at least another month or two. It's worth it to get both.

Super Comfortable
I got the large which corresponded with my measurements on the chart, however it was large and loose fitting overall. I exchanged it for a medium and it is perfect. Out of the package it looked tiny, but it stretched and fit very snugly overall, with great compression. I wear a 34DD Vanity Fair bra, weigh 116lbs and I'm 5'2" tall. It feels like I'm wearing nothing but I get great support and lift. Love the racer back, super comfortable. Straps are thin enough to wear under tank tops with not too thin straps. And not matronly looking. Would definitely recommend.

Big Bosom Girls May Be Disappointed
I first purchased this bra in 2015 to wear while recovering from shoulder surgery. I liked it so much that I purchased more, and they quickly became my “go to” bra while lounging at home. This year for Christmas, I asked for two more of these bras because the ones I currently own are showing ordinary signs of wear and tear after many years. I was so excited when they came but was quickly disappointed when I put them on. Either the place of manufacturing or “cut” of the bra has changed, as my ordinary size no longer fits (cup was wayyy too small). I returned those bras and ordered the next size up, only to be disappointed again, as the larger size fits in the cup but is far too big in the band. The straps are also too long. I plan to take the bras to a seamstress in hopes they can be altered to fit. Bottom line, quality control is not the same. Something has changed, and it’s not for the better. If you have a large bosom (D+), you may want to look elsewhere.
