I suggest you to be follow by a therapist or any kind of medical professional before working on this book. Some questions are pushing you deep inside your addiction and it’s important to have someone who is able to support and guide you without any judgement.It’s like the bible for sex addict! Questions are clear, exercises are for men or women. Lots of good reading too. This book is covering many aspects of this addiction (family, shame,trauma) whenever your sexual orientations. If you purchasing it, I wish you the best in your journey, don’t give up. You’ll go through it.
