My 5 year old wanted a smartwatch like mommy & daddy so we ordered this one. To my surprise, its not damaged, scratched and still works. After we explained to her about being responsible with it, she takes better care of this than our tablet. It is a little loose but not by much on her wrist. The app is really easy to use, especially the locating part. It was "misplaced" in a toy box and we were able to locate it without having a meltdown. The blue on this is a light blue and the touchscreen isn't as sensitive as we thought it might be. It really does track her steps so she tries to be more active. Our favorite part is the SOS feature on this. We did test that feature out and we got a phone call almost immediately.

I gave 4 star for the kid watch, cute, fast delivery, good price.I ordered Speedtalk mobile $5 repaid GSM at the same time(from Amazon too).They didn’t work. But this is my fault, i bought the wrong one.Then, I’ve just bought another sim card from T-mobile, but... same thing.

It may work for you. I generally have success - even when others have failed. However, I could not interpret the instructions and failing to make this seemingly simply device work makes me feel like a dummy. Too embarrassed to send it back. I bought two watches and two SIM cards - no success with either.For the about the same cost, I got a basic Cricket talk and text phone and plan. The Cricket phone works.No offense to seller. It's probably a good product in the right hands. Perhaps spend a little time on better instructions for US buyers?

Great product however, speaker quit working so phone is now worthless after only a little over a month but Amazon support sent a replacement at no cost so we’ll try again.

Just right for kids. My son loves it, it is just the right size.

Chip reader wouldn't work. Brought it to T-mobile and they tried 3 different chips. Emailed the seller, never got a response, so sitting here with a broken watch.
