I’ve always used tablets so ordering capsules was new. It takes some getting used to but it seems to be fine.

This is it. I don’t have time to write all the reasons but O recommend it to everyone all the time. I aid a daughter at 44! First one. Had miscarriages before. God led me to this supplement as I don’t process folic acid and wa slow on b12all my life. I’m golden now with a 4 year old. 🤗❤️🤗

I have taken other supplements from Douglas Laboratories and I agree the products are top line vitamins and minerals.This is the first time I have taken a supplement that includes the fruit and vegetable component in addition to a vitamin and mineral formulation for prevention and maintenance.Two issues led me to a three star review.First, I prefer capsules over tablets... but the fruit and vegetable ingredients in these capsules emit a very green, "Earthy" odor. Every time I take a capsule I try to avoid breathing in and/or smelling the product. I suppose this should be expected.Second, even realizing this is a premium product, it's the most expensive supplement I've ever purchased.So, if you want a top line brand of supplement with a fruit and vegetable component in capsule form...be aware there's a bit of an odor here, and the product is relatively expensive.

I don't know if it's just me, but when I started taking these, I felt like I was on Nyquil. I have extremely high iron levels usually and was taking prenatals with iron in them, but my doctor said to use these since they have no iron. I had to stop taking them because they make me fatigued.

You are supposed to take many of them in a day ( like 9 I believe)... I just take a couple in the morning and feel fine. This brand is highly recommended so I'm going with these ones.

My doctor recommended this brand. I think 8 pills a day is a lot to remember but I think some are better than none.

The product is great. But the last several times I’ve bought it, the product environment has been contaminated with some kind of black flakes like pepper and small, clear beads. As though a moisture-absorbing pack had exploded. But no empty pack inside. So the whole bottle sounds like it has a measure of sand inside when you shake it. Who knows what that stuff is or if it’s safe to ingest?
