Why didn't I get these first?!
Tried the chewables immediately post sleeve. Fine. But underlying taste is not delightful.These - I love! Easy to swallow.I bought these without iron so I can take daily - and I add the iron grape chews with vitamin C once a week or so.My blood work has been great! so they're doing their job! I'm very pleased!

Better than chewables
I been using this for a while now and i love the fact that i dont have tobtake those nasty chewable vitamins they made me sick all the time, now i just take this with food n im ok but make sure u check with your dr...i still have to take calcium with these. I take their fruit punch chewable calcium n i like it..i recommended this vitamins but this is my opinion base on my experience l. Everybody is different. Good luck!!

No IRON
This is a good viral n job if you’re looking for one with no iron. Make sure yo k out check with your physician if you need or should not add iron in your supplement.
