I recently bought hazelnuts from the competition. They seemed okay, but what do I know, it was my first time buying hazelnuts. I made nut butter from the other brand's nuts. It didn't seem right, but again what do I know? Being partially satisfied, I decided to give this here brand a try. There was a big difference. the nut butter I made from the other guy's nuts was thick and pasty. I put these nuts through my Ninja Foodi, it liquified them. I put the results in the fridge and pulled it out the next day to find it was still a bit soupy. It's not a bad thing, but wow, what a difference. I've been drizzling the nut batter. I don't know what else to call it. Anyway, it's good. And these hazelnuts are way more fresh.
