Got this for my musk trutle, but after looking more into it. I dont think it give out UVA which is why I purchased this.. Apart from that the light its self seem very good does get externally hot very quickly and my turtle seems to hide away or bury him self when it is on. and your not able to touch or move it until it has cooled down. Iv stopped using it for my musk turtle because of how hot it gets I'm worried it may blow

The bulb lasts for while and produced a good amount of heat. The light fitting itself it amazing. Works for different bulb brands which I find extremely good. Perfect as I back up light fitting or as a for a starter setup!Only issue I have found is the original bulb isn’t easy to find to replace.

Product has blown within an hour of use, however could be a faulty product.The actual clip is slightly stiff and awkward to get ideal aim for basking light, would probably look to purchase a different one next time.

I bought it on 25th June and it broke today 09th July, so it worked just 2 weeks! But it is easy to hold on vivarium and compact size.

Unboxed the item and was happy to see that it was a well made holder. Then i noticed that the plug needs a two prong converter to work here in the UK. Luckily I had one lying around and put the bulb in, it worked! Mounted it on the tank, plugged it in and the bulb has blown straight away. Will not be buying another one.Product is faulty and from all the other reviews here, I'm not the only one. It's a bad batch and I would recommend you avoid if you don't want to be let down.
