not what hoped in quality
Case was delivered today and installed. Within a few hours the side edge is cracked and frayed and I did not drop the phone. No idea how this occurred as it seemed fine. Not sure if it rubbed into something or what but not the quality I was expecting it it is damaged that quickly. Will be going back to tech Armour brand. Gave three stars because it fit well, easy install and quick ship.Updated: continued to use it and did NOT drop it and somehow just by putting it face down on tables (not slammed down) it continued to break apart along edges in different spots without reason. Today was last straw when it cracked and fell apart by the home button creating a pointed hazard for my finger! Not quality it says.

Heavy duty, full screen protect.
This is really heavy duty screen protector, i brought 2 first, once i got it, i order 2more for my iPhone X. It do fully screen protect, and u can feel the glass quality once i hold with your hand. Even it is a little expensive then other and only come 1 in each pack, but it worth.

Unfortunate
Scuffed on the top left, leaves tons of air bubbles that wouldn't come out near the screen inside edges (I have experience with this). Kinda hard to install.-edit-Issued refund. I can't help but be grateful for good customer service.

5 days on and it cracked already- CHEAP
I’ve only had it for 5 days and it already cracked on the side— like HOW?At first I was like - ok this is nice- no bubblesBut since it cracked for no reason- 1 star and a disappointed customer

Great product - works as expected
This appears to be a great product- easy enough to apply and the packaging was fine. It appears to be strong and I’m expecting it will likely protect my screen well enough.

Huge protection
This screen protector is it's is it's thick. But hey it's will save you the trouble to replace the screen on your phone.

Not as Described
I just received and would have sent back if I did not need some basic protection for my wife’s phone . Do not buy. The edges are not curved and you can easily feel the protector. Very disappointed. After doing hours of research, the best seems to be the Peel brand, but I just bought the iCarez brand for my XS Max and theirs is a great product for the money.

The edges crack very easily and can cut if not careful.
This product is terrible. Did not even last 1 week. Within a few days the corners and edges started to crack just by being in my purse. I pricked my finger with one of the edges when I pulled it out of my purse. Had to take it off and leave my phone unprotected until I can replace the screen protector with another brand.
