Recently my left knee's gone a knacker, so I sought out a suitable brace. With it's high number of positive reviews, I decided to try this one from Karm.My concern though, was that my leg is too big as my measurements were larger than the specs shown. I contacted Ashley (customer support) who replied almost instantly to reassure me that the brace would fit. And fit it does!The knee brace seems very well made and is very comfortable to wear. I found it easy to put on and adjust with the elasticated velcroed straps. It doesn't slide down either and stays nicely in place. My knee feels well supported and more stable. More importantly tho, the pain has lessened, which is great because I was starting to rattle with all the pills I was taking. This knee brace, for me, is worth every penny and then some! I struggled to find a knee support for larger plus sizes, but this one fits perfectly. It's comfortable, supportive but flexible, and seems well made. I've only been using it a week, but so far it's holding up well and stays in place. Definitely recommended for chunky legs.

I have waited after a week of use to post my review.If your in the same bracket as I and have lipodema or lymphoedema the brace is perfect.I purchased the largest size, very adjustable so if you have more or less swelling it's no issues just moved the velcro strap, the velcro is super strong as is also the grip strip against your skin.All in all a good product.

The quality is nice, and the sizing is generous. It has textured rubber on the inside of the support which should keep it in place, but unfortunately if I had it tight enough to support my knee, it was uncomfortable, and if I loosened it so it was still comfortable when I sat down, it was overly loose when I stood up and it started to slide down. All in all not a good product for me, which was a shame.

Good size stays on and works well

With very chunky thighs and knees and, having damaged my knee ligament, i needed more than a standard fit product. Only had it a day, but seems very comfortable, has not slipped down at all. Pain mitigated. Was easy to put on.A bit expensive though…

I tried this each way I could but the flesh of the legs keeps coming out between the streps which is very painfull and stops bloodflow... and gives bruses. Very dissapointed in this product. Making it big enough for big people does not mean it works oIn big knees and big legs. You should have tested this product on real obese people if you want to help them.

I got a thinner copper knee brace I use for work. This knee brace, I got specifically for home. I love the adjustability of this. I made sure to measure my lower thigh and upper calve to ensure I got the right size. It doesn’t hurt. It doesn’t feel too tight. It stays nicely in place. I think it’s too bulky to wear over my work pants or jeans if I go out. I might use it if I wear shorts to go out. This is just a great value. I don’t have to worry about extending my knee to straight or bending it oddly.

Trotz Lip-/Lymphödem passt es prima. Rutscht nicht. Ich trage sie unter der Jeans den ganzen Tag. Auch bei häufigen Wechseln zwischen stehen und sitzen muss ich nicht nachkletten. Auch im Sommer gut zu tragen.
