Folding boat cleats
I use these cleats on my truck top rails. They work great for roping down large items or canvas coverings. This is the second truck that I have used them on and they work great.

Ok, but not perfect for boats
I bought these for my bass boat. They are functional, but without a center hole, you've really got to wrap and tie the bouys and ropes to the cleat to make sure it doesn't come undone.
