I’m a runner. I’ve run my whole life. I have been through a lot of socks. Cheap ones, expensive $25+ a pair ones (balega), and everything in between.These socks beat every pair of socks I own. I genuinely seek these out over all of my other socks and it’s not even close.They are heavy duty, provide all the cushion you need, the heel flaps STAY IN PLACE and protect your heels from all potential rubbing. Added benefit is they are so thick, they make your shoes fit better if you have some extra room you need to make up for, but are somehow so breathable that your feet aren’t suffocating. They are also warm when you need them to be… which means you can wear these year round, hot humid or cold and dry. My feet are always happy.My husband has been stealing these socks from me to play soccer in. They are elastic enough that it fits my smaller feet and his bigger feet and yet holds its shape (does not stretch out). Pretty sure he’s hoarding them in his drawers now.I just bought two more sets of 6 pairs so I can purge all of my inferior socks. I also am contemplating buying two more just in case they discontinue these or decide to cheap out and make them differently in the future.

I have been trying to find good socks ever since Hanes quite making their tab sock with a high % of cotton. I hate socks. I loathe seams. I cannot stand socks that make my feet sweat.I've had these in my cart for a long time and just couldn't bring myself to spend so much on six pairs of socks. I miss being able to go buy a big bag of cotton socks at the store and not worrying about companies discontinuing my favorites.I finally broke down because I was down to two pairs of socks for exercising and these were a prime day deal.They come in a box! Each pair is rolled like a little bundle of joy waiting to be welcomed into the sock drawer. Very high-end and I'll be honest that recycling the cardboard felt good. very aesthetically pleasing to open each bundle and unroll the socks.I ordered the white socks in a small. I wear an 8.5 - 9 in women's and have an average width foot with a narrow ish ankle. I wear Saucony running shoes and the tab on this sock works perfectly.I washed them before wearing and was worried they might be too cushioned. Nope. These are in the Goldilocks zone-- not too thick, not too thin...just right. They are breathable and conform to my foot. No awkard bunching around my toes! The seam is not noticeable to me and I'm pretty picky about them. They are soft and I love how they feel in my sneakers. They are supportive without being constrictive.I do not wear them around the house. I have other socks that I use for that. These are dedicated sneaker socks because I want them to last!Oh, I almost forgot! The manufacturer labe!s them with a little "s" on the inside of the ankle! This means that if you have multiple sizes in a household, you'll be able to sort the socks easier! Such a smart and thoughtful detail!They seem durable and have washeed well so far. I wash in co!d and these get dried on delicate w/ my workout clothes. They're holding up great so far and have not shrunk noticeably.For people who are sock snobs, these are worth trying! This was my best prime day purchase! Please keep making these!!!

THE EXTRA CUSHION BEHIND YOUR ANKLE IS PERFECT TO KEEP THE SOCKS UP ALL DAY. SOFT AND COMFORTABLE, NEVER SHRINK WHEN WASH AND DRY, AND THE PACKAGING IS EXCELLENT AND ATTRACTIVE. CS CELERSPORT my favorite socks..they were well reviewed and recommended so I gave them a try. I was wearing other brands that really didn't work out so well for me. Now I only wear these. I see why so many high reviews, as the socks are really made well,a great price, and wear nice, and are very comfortable. I don't need the compression socks that hurt my feet anymore now that I found these. Highly recommended for you. 10+ stars

I own 6 pairs of Bombas socks! I truly love them but the cost is kinda high. These are the closest I have found in comfort and style.

I had written a review that these were too big but I want to take that review back and I don’t know how. They weren’t too big. Without my knowledge, my husband had ordered the same exact thing and so I was sent the man size and that was why they were too big. I love these socks five stars. I don’t know how to delete the other review.

I absolutely love Gold Toe cotton ankle socks with the 'stay put' tab and wasn't finding them again recently. Too many close but no cigar ones with little or no Cotton content. I'm often disappointed when trying to find something similar to a favorite product and took chance on these. I'm impressed with everything about them. 95% Cotton, YEA. Stay Up heel tab keeps sock up and over back of shoe 100% of time, YEA. Not too hot or cool wearability wise and cushioning just about right. I've worn them for several days now of high 80 temps with 60-80% humidity and very comfortable. Maybe just a tad heavy or hot but I still rate them high 5 for overall great sock and excellent replacement for a favorite gold-toe.

I read reviews on the wirecutter and they said they were the runner up to the best! LOVED them so much. They are super soft and comfortable. Crispy white. Breathable and go with everything. Lots of cushioning.Will purchase as gifts for Christmas. Worth every penny.

These socks are so soft and comfortable. I am size 9.5 womens shoe but got the large because I dislike when socks are toe tight on the ends of my toes and these are perfect. The ribbing around the ankle is not too tight either. Very happy with these socks. They increased the price significantly since I last purchased then though
