The shoes are very comfortable. Excellent craftsmanship, style is classy. I could go a half size down but decided against it, as I live in a warm and humid climate, and my feet swell a bit by the end of the day. Happy with a purchase.

I saw the similar pair on my friend and ask her about the brand. Originally ordered the large size since that is what I usually wear (10 in shoes and boots), but exchanged to size down (9 US - 40EU) and it is a winner!!!! So comfortable and VERY STYLISH! Do yourself a favor and get those for you!

Very beautiful shoes , but sadly I have to return them because the size was a little too big for my small feed , but besides that very lovely and cute shoes .

I am always a size 10 or 41(euro sizing). I have a pair of L'artiste healed oxfords in 41 and they fit perfect. These, however, are at least one size too big (I ordered the 9.5/10). I can stick my whole index finger down the backside heel.Going to reorder in size 9 and see .......UPDATE!!!! Size 9 fit perfect. Soooo happy, so comfy. Keepers!!

Love these shoes. Am new to the brand and am now a fan. They fit a bit large, but when I exchanged and went down 1/2 size, they're perfect. Comfortable to wear right out of the box. And the velcro ankle strap fastening is sturdy and secure, and makes putting them on really easy.

I love these shoes! They're comfortable & stylish. The heel is perfect, not too high or low. I call them retro cool. I did not size down, as lots of reviews suggested. This brand sizing is normal.

I've been wanting to buy these for such a long time now, and I'm happy to finally bought them!Sizing seems off though. I'm definitely a size US 9.5, but after reading reviews, I sized down to 9. Even a 9 has a little extra space in the heel, so I'd say a 9 fits more like a 10. I probably could have gone a whole size down and not just a half size.Other reviewers have said their shoes have stretched out over time, but luckily they're leather. Thankfully that should mean they can be shrunk down a bit with some water and some heat.The "grey" color is a brownish-grey, but the photo makes them look slightly more brown than they actually are. I'd describe the image as a "greyish brown" but I'd describe the actual shoes as a "brownish grey".The quality matches the photos, they're well crafted, have even stitching, and they feel sturdy. I think they'll last me a long while.These shoes look very very nice, and they're amazingly comfortable. Usually heels this comfortable severely compromise on style, so I'm amazed these manage to look so nice even on flat and slightly wide feet. The toe box is wide enough to keep toes from feeling cramped, but they don't look overly wide. I'd be fine wearing them all day.My only real complaint is I wish there was a real buckle instead of a Velcro strap. It's convenient if you have any issues with your hands, but it's not my preference.Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, but I'd really recommend sizing down if you don't want the hassle of returns/exchanges. I wish they were less expensive so I could justify buying a couple more colors, but I can't really complain when since price is very much reflected in the comfort and quality.
