I have found muscle under that stubborn layer
Wow. Other than my initial problem with trying to turn on the usb fobs because I had trouble reading the tiny print in the instructions, this trainer works! I can actually see muscle responding to the pulses and the muscles become fatigued. Once I was able to turn on the fobs (hint: push the + button, not the - button) and started using, I'm discovering that use is a good supplement to actual exercise of my trouble areas. There are multiple combination pulses - some of which I am more sensitive to so waiting to use those until I build some additional stamina. I've used at 15 min intervals (the fobs turn off at about 15 min), sometimes twice in one session, and I can really tell on my arms and abs the next day. When I had problems and thought there was maybe something defective in my shipment, I sent a message to the company and asked for assistance. Someone responded quickly (within about 24 hours) and provided better instruction regarding how to turn on and even offered to replace (which I didn't need once I was able to turn the fobs on). I rate the ease of use with a 4 only because it was difficult to read the instructions as the print is very small (and I have old eyes). I'm going to keep using this as I think it will assist toning along with some other things that I am doing. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of sweating and I have a hip issue which interferes with being able to do some types of exercises so I'm thinking that using this toning belt on my arms and abs will help me get stronger. I don't think it's a substitute for exercise but certainly will help me focus on troubling areas.

Works great!
I really loves this abs simulator! This productor for people who do not have time to exercise like me. It is very easy to use. I could feel the pulses it was sending. It seems the product giving good results, my feelings seem to be getting a little slimmer. I will recommend it to my friends!

Easy to use and interesting expericence
It's easy to use and charge. Very convenient for practice. I found it interesting. However its effect on muscle will be seen after using for a period.

Good luck reading the instructions
Who proof-read this!?! The instructions make almost no sense! I’m afraid to try it out because the instructions are so awful I feel like I’m going to hurt myself just trying to figure it out!

Not worth it. Unfortunately it’s made very cheap.
There were no instructions on how to maintain the device. I don’t think it covers enough area to actually work. Not worth the money. When turned on it seems to only focus on the area nearest to the center of the device. Not too happy with this purchase.

IT MALFUNCTIONS AND PAINFULLY SHOCKS YOU
Thought this product was going really well, I do see a difference and im sure if continued to use it that progress, on top of working out would be good. HOWEVER, a month into using it almost every day, its starting to malfunction and seriously shock me!! The pain is horrible and unbelievably uncomfortable. I desperately wish I could get my money back. I would recommend ordering from a reputable company

Not for me
Honestly, I’m not sure what I was expecting, but the tingly pulses was definitely not it. I am sure it was just my incompetence that is providing this low rating, but it didn’t work for what I needed
