I love the way these greens have made me feel. I have lost some weight using this every morning on an empty stomach. The taste is a little funky. But hey if its healthy for me im taking it.

I add this to my smoothies and it gives a nice citrus flavor!

I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW BUT I JUST COULDN'T LET PEOPLE NOT KNOW! I am a breast cancer patient going through chemo. I started taking this and instantly I was energized. Not feeling fatigued at all during the whole day!!!!! I take only one scoop as a shot mixed with a little Gatorade and BAM, I'm good for the whole day! (Which probably works better than putting it in a shake and sipping through it. Plus the taste is not the best but doable) And this is from someone who had to take a nap everyday after work before chemo, just from exhaustion at the end of the day. Try it! It's worth it! Especially if you are like me and kept trying everythingon the market (wasting money) to get more energy. Even going to the doctors and begging for some help from this chronic fatigue. I hope it works just as well for you because I know how frustrating it is to be tired all the time, raise kids and everyone telling you "THAT'S NORMAL. EVERYONE GETS TIRED". I've been using the product less than a week and I feel like I have a bit more energy, but I would give it a bit more time to get the full benefits. I like the taste, to me it's pleasant. My only disparaging word at this point is the price, a bit pricey for the number of serving (30 servings in a container and it's suggested 1-3 servings a day).

I felt very jittery after taking this this supplement. I looked up the warnings on the website and on the packaging and can’t find this warning. I feel the packaging and warnings for this supplement are incomplete and it would do a lot of people good if this was corrected as soon as possible.After doing research I have discovered that Niacin, B6, Manganese and Folate can all cause anxiety and the jitters. Please be aware.

I had to switch to this one from the regular greens because it was sold out. The alkamind product has helped so much for my skin and reduced acne. I take it once a day. This citrus greens flavor is very hard to drink tho. The taste is terrible to me. The basic greens is much better.
