Black Rock Originals Smell Proof Safety Case 2.0 - Activated Carbon Lined Stash Box (Charcoal)

Zipper broke days after I started using it. Not only did it come off the track but metal bent so the bit holding the rope wouldn't stay on. That makes the whole thing pretty much useless so that's a pretty big issue.The case feels pretty solid. The inner bands are not as useful as I'd hoped. One of them has a little velcro so you can pick up a side, put something in, and strap it back down. However, the velcro is minimal and not enough to hold anything useful down.If it weren't for these things I'd really love this thing. Otherwise it's nowhere near worth the price I paid.

This is a nice little case, and it is completely smell-proof. Worked great for two months - but then the zipper broke. It comes with a note saying to be careful of the zipper and make sure you always unzip it completely before opening it, which I did, but it broke anyway. Completely unfixable and unusable. I'm disappointed.

This case is exactly as I expected. The quality of materials and craftsmanship are top notch. I highly recommend both​ the product and the company. The enclosed thank you note was a very nice touch. I hope Black Rock expands their line to include a messenger bag.

So I am giving Black Rock Originals 5 stars based on their customer service. My zipper broke on my case that is almost 2 years old. I have only used the case a handful of times so I was a little disappointed that I blew out the zipper, but to be completely honest it most likely was my own fault. I called the company today and told them the zipper broke. The customer service person was fantastic. She told me that they will be sending me a brand new case for FREE, and that they will be upgrading me to the 2.0 case. The process was completely hassle free. As far as the case goes, it is great. It is 100% smell proof, its has great organizing compartments, and it is small enough to bring out on any excursion. Definitely pick one up.

This case is well built, smell proof, and real spacious for all your smoking gear on the go. Well worth the price
