Great candles for the fall. I love the color. They fit okay in candle holders. They melt pretty good.

After experiencing the quality of Colonial Candles, I will NEVER purchase another taper again!! I am a bona fide candle aficionado and I have literally over a hundred candles of all forms throughout my traditional, regency-style home, including tapers which I switch the color of depending on the season. For Christmas and throughout January, I buy the red or the dark green 12-inch tapers and they are so gorgeous; as you can see in my photos, there are almost no drips and they burned for about 5 hours straight and are not even halfway burned down. The only slight dripping you can detect in my photos is because sometimes I forget to clip the wick after each burning; the longer the wick, the more it curls which burns one side a little more than the other which is what creates any slight drippage. When I keep the wicks short and straight up, there is no dripping at all. Colonial Candles use the BEST hard wax that doesn’t smoke at all and the rich colors make the decor come alive!!

I used the candles for a dinner party. They provided the perfect ambiance for the occasion.

Love these candles. Not i e pensive, but good quality. Unfortunately two arrived broken due to Amazon packaging. No filler under the box, so two candkes in bottom layer broken. Too much of a hassle to return a box of 12 to replace 2. Makes these very expensive.

Candles will add style, grace and sophistication to your table. They are romantic and actually 'calming' to children if you can dim the lights. Seriously, 4 kids taught me candles can create 'magic' and 'peaceful mood' at the dinner table! I dare you to try it!

I bought these for my wedding and thank goodness I tested them. I cut the wick and lite a candle and within 2 hrs the entire side was melted, it was halfway gone and there was black soot all over the glass case. Just incase it was a one off I tried it again, cutting the wick even lower incase it was burning uneven, same exact thing happened in even less time. Dont recommend.

We have always bought Root candles. It’s true that they are somewhat expensive, but they are dripless and last for much longer than other candles.

À mon avis, ce sont certainement les chandelles de la plus haute qualité! Je les utilise pour les soupers entre amies et les fêtes. La cire est pleine; contrairement à d'autres chandelles dont la cire est soufflée avant d'être mis dans les moules pour en faire des chandelles. Si elles sont bien installées dans le chandelier (bien droites) et taillées (avant le premier allumage et entre les allumages), vous pourrez les utiliser pendant au moins 6 à 7 heures. Sont-elles dispendieuses? Oui! Mais si vous comparez le nombre d'heures d'allumage versus les autres produits offerts, vous constaterez qu'elles ne sont pas plus dispendieuses! Je vous les recommande sans hésiter.

Ces bougies effilées sont de très haute qualité! Tout d'abord, la cire est pleine (et non soufflée comme d'autres manufacturiers le font - la pesanteur vous le confirme). La couleur est pleine. Bien installées et bien taillées entre chaque allumage, vous pouvez espérer avoir 10 heures d'allumage. Lorsque vous calculez les heures multipliées par le nombre de bougies par boîte, le coût à l'heure est tout à fait raisonnable. Livraison super rapide et le tout a été livré en parfait état! Bref, je vous les recommande sans aucune hésitation!
