Q: Hi how do i put hearts on the messege ?

Press and hold the Alt key, then press 3 on the numeric keypad on the right side of your keyboard. This will insert the heart symbol. We will normally add hearts in red.

Q: How do I insert a heart using my phone? It won’t accept emojis.

Not sure why you cannot insert emojis from your phone? Please send us a separate message vis Amazon messaging with the wording details and we will mock up a jpeg image for approval before sending, to make sure we get it right. In the text are when ordering, type, 'See separate Amazon message'.

No problem. When ordering use the 'Add Custom Text' to say wording required on back or front and back and then message us the wording and we will send a mock up image for approval before proceeding.
