Have to babysit the vacuum with all the warnings and stopping it does. Not worth the investment!
I bought this device as a Christmas present for my home. It is important to note that my home is fairly clean, but with getting a new dog, I wanted the vacuum to be able to be set to go automatically to keep the same level of cleanliness in between deeper cleanings. If you want the short story, I would not reccomend this device for anyone, but if you want the details, here we go:After doing the setup of the device, I started the auto clean function, and within the first 24 hours of use, and the 3 times I used the product, these were the warnings I would receive every 10 seconds to 5 minutes:Left or right wheel stopped, please clean (the wheel was never obstructed in any way)Left or right brush stopped, please clean (the brushes twisted in on themselves, or in my curtain)Main brush stopped, please clean (the vacuum did pick up some hair in the brush, but having to stop every 5 minutes to clean it was a chore and not something I would need to do nearly as frequently with a regular vacuum).Collision centers can collect dust, please clean (this is a new product and my house wasn't that dusty...this warning made no sense to me, but the vacuum did clunk around into things a lot... maybe there is a malfunction of the collision sensors?)Cleaning stopped, returning to original position (this one baffled me the most because there was seemingly no reason behind it at all....it would just stop in the middle of the room, say this, and then just turn itself off right where it was)When the battery on the device drained it would state that it was returning to it's charger, but it had no idea where the charging base was....it would clunk around for 10+ minutes trying to find it's charger until I gave up watching it struggle and helped it get there manually. In addition, the weback app kept telling me it had internet connectivity errors even though the wifi was fine on my phone...One time (of the 3) I selected autoclean and the vacuum didn't turn on the brushes, nor did I hear the vacuum start. It simply backed up straight until it hit the couch and continued trying to back into the couch. I had to manually turn it off and back on for it to start the cleaning process properly.I decided to contact Clymen support, so I looked through the manual and there was no support/troubleshooting contact information listed, only a website that listed support, but when you go there, there is a 17 minute video of how to set up the system which I had already done (minus setting it up to connect with Alexa), and a FAQ's page which was also a video, and none of them went through the warning messages you might receive, or any actual troubleshooting of the device. The only phone numbers listed were in Europe and China, and the only real way to contact them was through e-mail, so I e-mailed them all the details asking for help and I have yet to hear back from them 24 hours later...So to sum it all up, the excess of warnings and the amount of babysitting I have to do with this robotic vacuum that I wanted to program and leave to do it's work, is not going to allow me to do that, so I am returning the defective device and I will be investing in a different robotic vacuum product that will better meet my needs.

Quiet and seems to work well
I have a Roomba as well, and I like this more in some ways. The logic is not as oddly random as the roomba so it is more satisfying to watch (It sections off your room in S-turns), and it is like 50% quieter than the other vacuum which is a big deal if you are running it while awake or are in an apartment at night. Have not decided if it is cleaning better than the Irobot, but it was cheaper.

Works beyond our expectations!
This is our first experience with a robot vacuum and at first we were skeptical of how thorough a job it could do. We were both elated and surprised at how well it performed. We just turn it on and walk away leaving us to do more important things. Here are a few highlights of our experience:Pros1. It arrived to our home extremely fast and we live in a rural area of Alaska.2. It was packaged well and was pretty much plug and play after the initial charging.3. Our House is very cut up with lots of corners and obstacles and The clymen searched away around them and got where it could. It learns the room and gets a bit more efficient with each use.4. It’s a lot more quiet than our regular vacuum and that is nice if you are trying to have a conversation. We used to wear ear protection with our standup vacuum.5. When it has covered the whole house, it returns to its charging station and that’s that!Cons1. The only thing it can’t do is get deep into the corners and that is understandable since it is round and corners are square. We are giving it a 5 because it actually performed beyond our expectations.

I don't know it it works or not. It never charged
Out of the box it would not charge on the charger. I contacted Clymen, and they said return it to them and they would replace it. It's been a month and still haven't received a replacement

Does not work
This product is not user friendly I set up all the stuff in the house that’s supposed to be smart tech but this clymen does not work it took me about 1 hour to set up the remote has to be right up next to it for it to work it can’t dock itself if doesn’t even pick up dirt or really anything I would not recommend this product in less it is to somebody you do not like at all worst gift ever

Not enough vacuum power!
I've had a Neato for years and it's worked very well. I only have it do the kitchen and laundry area because that's all it can really get to.I wanted something to do just my living room (carpet). So I bought the Q9. After 3 times, half the brushes were bent back, and I've watched it run over clumps of cat hair and not pick it up. I have the vacuum turned up all the way. It does get things, just doesn't seem to really scrape the carpet like it should. I might be really good on a hard floor, but that's not what I bought it for. It supposedly even mops, but I've not used that.It is EASY to use, although I've had some trouble with it. Got into a weird mode, just sitting there. Had to turn it off and back on to get it to boot up right. Then the thing wouldn't charge on the stand, I had to plug it in to get it to charge. Once I did, then it started working again.Pros: relatively quiet, speaks to let you know what it's doing, supposed to be able to connect to alexa, although I've not tried that. Easy to clean.Cons: A bit temperamental in operation. Sometimes gets stuck in weird places. The major on is it just doesn't have enough suction.

Roomba costs more for a reason.
It seems to push dirt around, rather than sucking it up. I will stick with Roomba.

Great machine!
I love the price and the advanced features of this product. The dust bin is easy to remove and clean. I also have a NATO and a roomba. This clymen is my favorite. I love the mop feature! The only trouble I have and why I didn't give it 5 stars is that when I have to flip it over to remove debris or fill up the water reservoir, it puts weight on the top of the vacum and clicks open the top so when I flip it back over the lid springs open and the dust bin falls out. Other than that this thing is great. I love the edge feature too!
