Voking Aluminum Alloy VK-GH5K Camera Video Cage & Top Handle with Detachable and Top Handle Quick Release Plate for Lumix GH5

I've used other brands before, but this one has a special place in my gear-heart. The way the front all-metal, skeleton-like arms wrap around the lens - instead of taking the easy route and wrapping around the grip like a universal cage - is a special design for sure, albeit while delivering top notch accessibility as well. It made the front cozily placed button button harder to press, but it wasn't all that easy in the first place, and often with or without the cage I would miss it's intended target, but I rarely use that specific button anyway. If you have any worry about the design interfering with button or dial placements rest assured - the designers made this for the GH5 series and unlike some other cage rigs I've used which have cost more, there is no finger catching or difficulty in mobility here. At least for me - and unfortunately not all hands are built the same.The one downside is the long time it took for delivery - 3 weeks. But I can say it was worth it, and if you want to stand out with that eye batching blue and unique looking body, it's absolutely worth the wait.
