great paper airplanes
Great paper airplanes to use with just a couple kids at a time. I tried to use for my son's 9th bday party with about 12 kids and it did not go over well. they needed too much instruction and had very short attention spans when so many of them. only a couple kids actually participated and everyone needed my guidance. not recommended for a bday party. would be great for a family activity though

This is a really cool book. I would say it's geared towards older kids (think 10+). Younger children would benefit from supervision and assistance. But overall a great product that has the potential to yield really cool paper airplanes.

Fun & Easy
I ordered this book for my 10 year old nephew. He had asked for an origami airplane book or kit for his birthday. He loved it! Besides the big hug we received after he opened the present, he immediately started folding papers to create the airplanes. The book includes many colorful & decorative sheets for airplanes, more than I expected, and the airplanes flew easily across the room. My nephew didn't seem to have any trouble folding the planes. He was able to construct all of them by himself.

Not a great value
I chose this book over others because I thought that it had more "instruction" and "designs" than the others, but it did not! It was filled with mostly sheets of paper to make airplanes with, and the instructions were not entirely simple. Not really what I was looking for!!

Easy for whom
Wow, Easy for whom? Certainly not for me let alone my 4 yr old grandson! Maybe I'll wait until he becomes an origami master to give him the book. The variety of papers are colorful and nice but trying to figure out how to turn them into the airplanes described was beyond me.

Slick stock difficult for kids to fold, crease, etc.
A great idea that flops badly. Even the paper size works against successful flights. Save your money and read the reviews first.

... paper plane books and can say this purchase was poor in comparison
Have previously bought different paper plane books and can say this purchase was poor in comparison. Paper too small and some instructions unclear.

He loved making paper airplanes before
Got this for my son for Christmas. He loved making paper airplanes before, on his own. He just loves the instructions and being able to make all different kinds.

Loads of planes loads of papers
Nice simple instructions, nice printed papers to make planes out of, ideal for middle aged men when they are bored or eqully suitable for students or kids from 10 years old by themselves I would say maybe bright kids could be a couple of years younger if an adult is willing to have a go with them for the first couple. Definately fun for all ages, plus a good way of learning which models fly the best. Provided a few hours of amusement and irritation in my family (the irritation was mostly from those used as targets for the planes)
