Soap was great, but put it somewhere it will not puddle. Our shower looked like a very black mess wherever the residue was.

Best soap I've used in a long time

I have used a Dead Sea soap for a decade and it has recently increased in price so I’m exploring other options. I bought this in hopes of a similar feel.Unfortunately, I did not like the scent and the soap makes my skin feel extremely dry and tight.It’s not my favorite, however, it is all about preference. It did what it was supposed to do, so that’s good.

I was (WAS) excited to get this at first but… The bats are All stuck together, almost impossible to separate. Soap is very soft, leaves black residue all over the shower too. Meh-

Purchased for a teen boy and this soap is fantastic! Smells great, feels great and he loves that it’s black! Huge Win!

I am always on the hunt for products that are good for the body as well as the environment. One thing I've struggled with is personal products like soap. Along comes Nextrino with another great option. Their tea tree soap with charcoal has a light scent. The combination of the peppermint and tea tree is not overwhelming and doesn't leave a lingering odor of either one on the skin.If you've never used a charcoal soap before, you'll want to be ready -- it looks just like the package and as such, the suds are black (like charcoal!). You'll need to rinse down your shower or tub after a scrub with it but because it's all natural, it goes down quickly and leaves no lasting residue. You'll want to be careful using it on sensitive skin or areas of the body, like near the eyes or other mucus membranes since the peppermint (and probably the tea tree as well) can tingle a bit. For those who've used products like peppermint castille soap, you'll understand what I mean.If you live in a warmer climate, you'll want to maybe order this in fall or winter; one of the bars had melted a wee bit before I got it and the bars were stuck together. Not an insurmountable problem, but something to be aware of since there are two nice sized bars in the box.The bars also last for a long time; I have mine in the soap holder in the shower, so it gets wet. There is no visible shrinkage. All in all, very pleased!

It's the real deal, made in USA.Support your local soap maker in the USA.Support them even better and order from their own website, to avoid the amazon market pricing that takes a large cut of their profits.As for this soap, try not to let the water hit it, it is made of such high quality ingredients that it will run out quickly and dissolve quickly in your hands. Lather it in your wet hands and then apply. Avoid running it under the shower too much.Highly recommended, high quality soap.

I bought this. It smells good and gets me clean. Bonus is it leaves a black residue in the tub. Makes it look like I’ve been coal mining. Works for me.
