These are the BEST chips on the planet. I have autoimmune hashimoto's and PCOS so I cannot eat regular potato chips (which serves to spike blood sugar) or any that has gluten and/or cooked in bad PUFA oils. These are the best choice for people with autoimmune diseases. Yummy! Thank you Artisan Tropic for making this wonderful product for people like me who just wants to enjoy a snack without having to make it from scratch :D Real ingredients. Real food.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE...for GRAIN FREE LIVING. Taste great and the crunch is just right. Reminds me of the chips made in cape cod - but better bc they are made from the yucca root and they work for my Keto Diet Lifestyle!

Too thick
I would absolutely love these if they were a little thinner. I actually DID break a tooth on these. Now an expensive trip to the dentist. It isn't worth buying these.
