This is an excellent beard balm - one of the best I have purchased … and the scent is a bonus - I luv the pine scent! … I use it on my beard and as a pomade on my hair too! … it was not as much of a beard softener for me - I didn't notice any difference. It does control my hair!

I was a loyal Liberty balm customer for the past 2 years but they went to 1oz tins and then the product became unavailable. So, time to branch out. Although I had only used one balm in my bearding career I have used oils so have an understanding of different oils and their pleasant smells. The pine scent on this balm is great. I was concerned it would be over powering after application but not the case. It melts quickly and with a nice shine. I could feel my beard absord the balm. As far as hold I can't speak too much to that because I have a medium short beard. With wirey growth I need a balm that will tame the hair and it did the trick just fine. As the winter wears on my inner mountain man starts to flourish with full growth so we'll see about hold. I'm impressed with the organic ingredients. Great job on the balm, yo!

Great product keeps beard smooth and shiny looking smells great

For the past 4 years I have used another major brand of beard products but when Amazon sent me a discounted price offer I decided to try this brand. I love that the formula is very non greasy and the smell is not very strong and slowly fade throughout the day. Needless to say I have found myself a new beard balm for the next four years

It was smaller than what I thought I was purchasing. But my husband loved the smell.

Smells like turpentine, in the garbage it goes
