The Amalfi Coast Up Close & Personal Hardcover – November 15, 2016

I recently returned from a trip to the Amalfi Coast and was interested in a book about this part of Italy. The book has beautiful pictures and even has recipes of some of the excellent food Italy has to offer. Highly recommend this for those going to Italy or those who want to see what the Amalfi Coast is like.

Impressive and informative book.

I used this book to plan the places and sights to visit for my upcoming trip to the Amalfi Coast and it was very helpful! This book talked about the history of the coast, the lemons, the fashion, and all of the towns that are worth a visit. It was an invaluable resource. After the trip, the book now serves as a reminder of the towns I visited.

Love this book! My daughter and I toured Italy this past summer. Love the Amalfi Coast! This was my daughter’s first trip to Amalfi - and it’s her favorite Italian destination now also. I bought it for her - but I’m buying another for myself!!

The pictures were fantastic and we can’t wait for spring when we are going to Amalfi. The Author is a travel agent who has helped us travel twice to Italy. Everything has always happened perfectly.

Once again Chantal shares the beauty of Amalfi and nearby cities with brilliant photos. This time the variety of stories with history make the read and study worth while, especially if you're planning a visit. She is happy to guide you if you choose not to go it alone.

Beautiful pictures

We have visited the Amalfi coast and in particular Ravello for over 20 years and although we have many books on this area, this one by Chantel is one of the best. Unfortunately, we had to order this book through Amazon America because it was not available from the UK site. This did not present any problem and the book was received quite quickly. I would highly recommended this book to all lovers of Italy and especially the Amalfi coast.
