I love this but since the price increased I've noticed the last two I've purchased has a damp old towel smell. Has anyone else noticed that?

No, sorry. I have not noticed any change apart from not being able to get all the moisturiser out of the container

Does this product have SPF?

No mention of SPF in the package so I would say no. It's an excellent product, though, and I find it very good for my old skin as the first layer. I then add moisturiser mixed with light coverage foundation, both of which have enough SPF, at least in the winter months.
