cuts the cheese
Quality product from Zwilling! Feels sturdy and comfortable in your hand. Have only used once, but boy did it cut the cheese . . . with ease, even. Super sharp, good weight, worth the investment.

Good Knife for Home Use
I'm not a chef or a foodie, just a home cook. This knife (6" Utility) is great at slicing vegetables and trimming cuts of meat. I've been using it daily for almost 1 month and it's done everything I asked it to and done it well. I haven't sharpened it yet, it was super sharp as received and it seems to be holding its edge. I did manage to nick my thumb because I was accustomed to using knives that are not nearly as sharp as this one. For my purposes, I am very satisfied.

Great functionality for the price.
Quality steel, ideal hardness. The handle feels a bit cheap, plastic with aluminum rivets. Which for the price isn’t worth criticizing. Overall, good value.

Most useful knife in the block!
I originally bought the 11-piece Twin Signature set iwth the four steak knives. this utility knife does not come in that set, but there's plenty of slots open for additions. I purchased this knife a couple of weeks ago when seeing the knife in my son's Twin Signature set I got him for Christmas. It has become my favorite and most useful knife of all. It makes me think of the 8" chef's knife made into a 6" knife. It's great for trimming the fat off a tri-tip roast and is easier to handle than the 8" chef's knife while doing this task. It's perfect for slicing vegetables or fruit or anything else (except bread). As it is a Twin Signature, it's a sharp, quality knife, and extremely useful to boot.

If my wife didn't love me before Christmas she sure does now
If my wife didn't love me before Christmas she sure does now!! When she tried this knife the first time she was hooked!! It fits the hand perfectly, and is so sharp you don't have to force anything, it just cuts like a dream. I will buy knives again from this seller in the future and hope they keep up the good work. Thanks again, Bill

Not The Knife That Amazon Advertises
I've had a great Zwilling JA Henckels Twin Signature 6-inch utility knife (30721-162) for more than ten years, and so I wanted to purchase the same for my sisters. I found what appeared to be a twin of mine on Amazon for a good price. Buyer beware! This knife is not the knife that Amazon advertises, and it's a different knife from what's on the back of the package. Very distinct differences, like model number (30723-163 on the package's barcode, 30721-160 on the pictured blade, and 30723-162 on the actual knife). These seem minimal, but there are significant differences, like blade shape. The knife itself has a "lip" that sticks out just past the handle, so the user cannot use the entire blade on a cutting board. Another reviewer said he had to grind off this lip just to make the knife usable. The blade is also not as high as the one that's pictured. It is advertised as a 6 inch blade, but it is 6.5 inches long.

Nice for the Price
Hi,I upgraded from an el' cheapo knife to this model. I am very pleased so far. I enjoy food prep more now that I can cut the food. I have the twin sig 8 inch chef. That's a little long to be cutting up bell peppers and carrots with. This one does the trick. I am glad that there is a knife at this level. I don't trust myself to treat a 100.00 knife the way it should be treated. These are great knifes to learn to sharpen on and treat correctly before you move up to the high dollar ones.

Nice knife!
Well made with a good grip. Good in the hand with the quality you’d expect from these high quality German knives. But, I’m giving it a 4 as it was received very dull. I would have expected some level of edge from the factory,This was ok as I have two high-quality sharpeners so I was able to bring up the edge quickly. If you’re expecting to using it out of the box, be advised.Otherwise … recommended.

Misleading
All the pictures aren't of the same knife. What you actually get is the sandwich knife. The writing on the blade is not standard and it caused me doubt on the authenticity of the product.
