SuperMoss (26926) Spanish Moss Dried, Natural, 3 Pounds

Usually go to Walmart and buy a package there. This thing has lasted me at least three months and I use it in every arrangement that I make definitely the best value I’ve ever ever had.

I use a lot in my florals.

Thought this was the easiest mulching option for container plants, and I was right. I am so pleased with this spanish moss. The box was packed with clean, dry moss. Yes, there were a very few small leaf bits and twigs, but that's expected in this type of natural product. We're having temps at 107°F in Texas. I had been watering my containers twice a day. I applied this spanish moss as mulch to my hanging baskets and other containers. Sure enough, the moss helped the soil retain moisture. I only have to water once a day in this heat. The main reason I was looking for spanish moss is because other mulches (wood chips, hay/straw) are particles which fall out of the baskets and must be removed/re-applied when I amend the soil. I can place this moss on and off easily in large pieces. Absolutely love it!!!

I got tired of buying the little bags & this is great.That said, it can be hard to pull it apart & definitely messy.I would recommend this product for a crafter.

Very usable. No “natural trash” in it. Clean and easy to install into my vase plants.
