612 Vermont Ultra-Bright LED Window Candles with Timer, Battery Operated, Metal Base, White Candlestick, Adjustable Height (Pack of 4, Matte Onyx)

If you can get a full set to work and that are the same “color” they are quite attractive!I have tried to illustrate the problems in the pics attached.Problems:1. The light bulbs are not all the same brightness.2. The light bulbs are different colors. Then light temperatures differ with some being more blue-white and others a warmer yellow-white.3. The light bulbs are exceedingly fragile.The candlesticks are not dusk to dawn, they are timed. So my wife and I staged them on our dinning room table, which is padded. This way we could screw in all the bulbs at nearly the same time.One of the candlesticks was bumped and fell on its side. When the bulb hit the pad it shattered like a watermelon thrown from the roof of a four story building. It was a challenge to remove what was left of the bulb. Moving on though and lighting the rest, we where disappointed when some of the bulbs only “lit” softly. Some seemed to barely come to life while the rest shown brightly as expected. Once that sunk in, and we ordered an “extra” set of candlesticks to replace the ones not working and the one we "broke", we noticed something else odd… the color of the bulbs were different. Some being warmer than others. Because we needed to use two per window with two windows in each room, that started us on a reshuffling game trying to pair like candlesticks together.If you are willing to buy extra and put in some work you can get to nice effect. And the timer “system” does work.But at $15 bucks a candle I expected more and therefore am extremely disappointed.

I just got these candles, and already a bulb has burned out. I know it is the bulb and not the candle stick or batteries because I switched out the bulb from another candle and that bulb worked fine. It is super annoying to pay a lot for something as basic as window candles and yet for them to stop working or burn out just a few days after using them.. they are beautiful, though.. I just expected a better product for the price. I'm going to purchase the replacement bulbs to see how they fare. I will update my review later if anything changes in my experience (good or bad). Maybe that one bulb was a dud and the rest will be ok?Update: I've changed my review from 3 stars to 4 stars because I believe that one bad bulb was just a fluke. The rest, including the replacement bulb, are working fine. I'm still on the first set of batteries, too, and all of the candles are still bright.

These are beautiful and bright! I did have an issue with one candle but there was EXCELLENT customer service and my issue was resolved. Would definitely buy again.

So I went through a lot of battery powered window candles and these were the best I found. The cheaper alternatives looked very dim from the street. They're also heavier, taller, and sturdier than most others (see photos). These are also MUCH brighter--as they should be since they require 4 batteries vs the usual 2. My only complaint is that they have a very slight pink/purple hue. I like warm white lights so that bothers me a little bit. They still look ok with my "warm" (for LED) outdoor lights. The ability to point the brighter side outside is nice as these would be obnoxiously bright inside. Overall I think they're worth buying for anyone who hates having cords all over the place inside.

Easily breakable, batteries need to be changed every week and a half. (4 double AA s. Lights break EASILY, I've had these for two months and had to order two more boxes at $20.00 a Pop!! DON'T WASTE YOUR$$$.

We've just put up 28 candles in our windows this evening and they look terrific from the street. You can clearly see them from a good distance down the road and we're very pleased with the overall appearance. The ambient lighting inside each room is a very nice feature. The adjustable height is also a bonus as we can place them on the window sills or higher up on the ledge of our colonial style windows and clear the mullions at either height. We had no trouble setting them up and since we have so many that we want to light up at the same time we prepare ahead of time by placing all the batteries in the candles with the bulbs partially screwed on. We place half of the candles on each side of our table and then working quickly together, facing each other, my husband and I tighten the bulbs to light each candle at the time we've chosen. We can then place them in the windows at our leisure and they will go off 6 hours later and come on again at the same time every day. We also like that we can order replacement bulbs in the future.

The product is nice but I did have some issues. I broke one of the light bulbs and I can't find an exact replacement anywhere. I'll need to call the manufacturer and find out where to buy more bulbs. I don't see anything related to that in the inserted instructions. Also, one of the bulbs is not as bright as the other three and that's an issue. Otherwise, it's a nice product and I appreciate the auto on/off feature.

I have looked everywhere for a window candle with a timer that gives off a white light. These fit the bill perfectly. I love the fact that they are brighter on the street side and dimmer from the room side. The bases are nice and heavy and the height is adjustable. I had a little trouble getting them to fit in my window casing as I have wood shutters over my windows. I came up with a perfect solution by removing the base and using just the candle with a suction cup candle holder. You can't see it from the inside or outside. My neighbors have all asked me where I got those gorgeous window candles! I would definitely buy these again.
