Ryzen 2600X - Tomahawk Max compatible
Nice set of RAM. Took seconds to install and working perfectly (Ryzen 2600X - Tomahawk Max). I had one problem, these are the CL14 version, which are on the MSI QVL but I originally ordered the CL16 version (silver and red) (F4-3200C16D-16GTZB), the CL16 version reported multiple errors when testing and caused the computer to crash. So I ordered this new set F4-3200C14D-16GTZSW CL14 version, which is on the MSI QVL and this new set installed and worked 100% perfectly with no issues at all, even with the XMP 32000Mhz setting in the BIOS. My only complaint was this set cost £166 but the first set were much cheaper and were are bargain price of £59, although F4-3200C16D-16GTZB are listed on Amazon for £86 now, but still much cheaper than this set, F4-3200C14D-16GTZSW.RAM looks fantastic but I bough them for their speed and quality and not looks so I am also happy there are no RGB lights and I am happy with how fast this set of RAM runs. Very happy but also disappointed that I had to replace with these much more expensive version, just because they are CL14 but at least I also got Samsung B-die chips, F4-3200C16D-16GTZB use Samsung E-die chips and are not on the MSI Tomahwk Max QVL and not compatible, that my belief as I had issues but others may not.If not for the price it would certainly be 5 stars. Shipping only took 48 hours to the UK but the packaging was a bit poor considering the value of the contents, it was shipped with no protection just a Amazon standard cardboard envelope, it could have easily been squashed/damaged in transit if I was unlucky but it did arrive fine with just one bash/scuff mark on the outer packet but contents were undamaged and no issues, luckily.
