This little beauty packs quite a shock. Had stapler taken too many times by coworkers. This definitely made the point. Great gag gift.

The stapler fell apart when it was taken out of the package and has not worked properly once. :( Poor craftsmanship.

Bought these to demonstrate lock out tagout to a safety team. It went over well although one of the three did not work.

This is a great gag. Sadly i was only able to prank one friend. why? because after the shock, he dropped it (who would have thought?) and the subsequent fall led to the staplers death. maybe about a 4' drop onto carpet. oh well.... you get what you pay for.

This thing HURTS!! It is hillarious to watch an unsuspecting co-worker innocently trying to use this thing. The funniest being when it messed an old guys pacemaker up and made him pass out. It will literally make your teeth hurt it shocks so hard! BTW, I would never let a child play with this.

Sort of fragile so be prepared to catch it when the unsuspecting victim involuintarily drops it from the shock. The wires are lightly sodered to the components so a few drops will turn this into a paperweight. The shock is pretty strong and enough to startle you. After the first shock you say it wasn't that bad but you think a lot harder about doing it again. Griting your teeth and holding it down will make your knuckles tingle in that hand and you sort of get the same feeling you get when sticking your tounge to a 9V battery. It works by creating a electrical short between the top and bottom with a AAA battery. You have pick up the stapler and use it in 1 hand to get the shock though it doesn't actually use staples. I had it on my customer service desk in the Navy. My desk was wrapped in a metal trim. People would lean on the desk so I would touch their hand and press this stapler to the trim at the same time. Almost always a funny reaction lol.Overall it would be a good gag gift or office prank just don't expect it to last long unless you have some basic electrical knowledge and a sodering gun.

OH man great gift! I used it on multiple co workers. Cussing, throwing things. They are watching out for me a lot now. One girl even peed herself. I kinda felt bad but laughed my butt off. Totally worth it!

bad when i got it it wasnt working and i didnt want to return it because i thought i could fix it but didnt work i tryed it but didnt work
