EDIT:It's now Mid Sept 2019 and I've bought 6 In different sizes ... 2 white, 3 purple and 1 green. No pilling no holes,no problems. They still look beautiful and they are still SO soft. This duvet set is SO beautiful. I'm more than happy with it. It's soft and of superb quality. The color of purple is exactly as shown in the picture. The material is so soft, and cozy especially after washing it. IF you follow the instructions it comes with on how to wash it inside out because of the pompoms, cold water and LOW low heat, it turns out so beautifully. It looks and feels expensive. It looks even better in person. My husband commented on how beautiful it is, which is a miracle in itself!I'm super pleased with this purchase and have ordered another set for backup.Here are a few quick pictures just to show you what it looks like. The ratings I was reading when considering purchasing this set were pretty mixed, so my expectations were set pretty low. But I am EXTREMELY pleased with the quality of this purchase and especially for the price. It's super soft and comfortable, and I had no issues with any type of odor or wrinkles straight out of the packaging. It's also a nice and thick material, we have a patterned comforter underneath and absolutely nothing is showing through. The pompoms seem a little flimsy, but so far none have fallen off, and I'm not too concerned about that aspect. If you treat it well, I'm sure it will last a good while.I'm glad I set my bar low so I could be this pleased, but I'd for sure recommend this set to anyone interested.

It’s nice. I love the feel of the fabric. I have yet to wash it so not sure if mine will get ruined like others. Feels like butter on the skin. I only wish the fabric was a little thicker but so far so good.

Definitely looks nothing like the picture. It’s super thin and will make your bed look flat. It is super soft but it’s a no for me.

My daughter asked for this set in light gray with the pom poms on the edges. After reading the reviews, I was skeptical as to the quality of the duvet cover but, since she had her heart set on it, I hoped for the best and ordered it. When it arrived, it was immediately obvious that I was correct to have very low expectations as to the quality of this duvet set. The material is so thin that you can see right through it, pretty rough feeling and it appears that it was torn instead of cut because there were multiple holes along the seams due to the material being ripped instead of cut. There were at least 12 spots (each 4-6” long) where the seam was not sewn through both top and bottom pieces of fabric, and none of the seams are even remotely straight. Thankfully, I can sew and was able to repair the awful workmanship that was used when creating this duvet cover.For washing, it has to be washed on a hand wash cycle and hung to dry. Given the complete lack of quality in both the material used and terrible workmanship that the company used in sewing it, I will honestly be shocked if it even lasts more than 1 or 2 washes.Seriously, don’t waste your money on such a low quality product with shoddy workmanship. You shouldn’t have to sew multiple holes in the seams upon receiving it because the company selling it clearly has no quality control standards.

Used this for my teen daughter's room redo. She wanted the white color. Great for a shabby chic or light and airy look. Looks great with her antique walnut bed and newly painted gray walls. We've washed it once so far and washes up well on the gentle cycle. I was worried that the little pom pom trim would start to come apart, but it came out of the washer and dryer just fine. So far, very pleased with this purchase. :)

Let me tell you…. Some of the little dangly balls will get tangled and you’ll get so frustrated one will just HAVE to go to detangle. But surprisingly… it will still work. Dry on gently if possible and even then idk if you’d avoid the tangles. But SUPER cute and comfy bedroom look.

This feels so amazingly soft. It is a little thin. The color is very nice. It was purchased as a gift I hope she likes it.
