Firstly I loved the look of the product, both simple and yet easily customisable without it being breed specific. So I bought one for a friend with a new puppy, the delivery date was in a few weeks but that was fine as there was still plenty of time before Christmas, then it turned up a day later! Brilliant service for delivery. I liked that one so much that I then bought a second one for another friend, which has come out just as good! Printed onto the wood, lovely little gift for someone with a new dog. Thank you
