You ever know someone that walks outside in the snow and sub-freezing temperatures in a t-shirt, not because they think it's a "cool" look, but because they stay hot? That's me. I start getting hot when it's 70 degrees. I get cold when it's below 0. I tried another blanket on here that was advertised as a "summer" blanket and it was okay, but was way too heavy for a summer blanket.I bought this Kuwahome blanket to replace it. First, the softness is great. It's a very comfortable, soft, blanket. It's not thick or heavy. I have sheets that are heavier than it. I'm also one of those people that washes everything before I use them and it washed and dried just fine on cold/gentle in the wash, low heat/delicate in the dryer. I think some dryers call that "tumble". It's a very pretty blanket. I love the color blue and went with the blue one to go with my lighter blue sheets. The first few nights went well, but it wasn't hot here. It was only in the upper 40s. The blanket worked just right. Now, about a month later, we are up in the 60s at night and 80s in the day, it's a little warmer than I like.Don't let that dissuade you. I have spent the last 10 summers sleeping with just a sheet over me, a ceiling fan on over my bed and a cool mist humidifier blowing on me. I'm far from normal when it comes to body temperature.I gave this blanket 5 stars across the rating features: Softness, Lightweight and Comfort. Add 5 stars for looks as well. It's a nice 90x90 in queen size so it can even work as a bedspread. The one thing I don't agree with is the title says it's fuzzy. Mine isn't fuzzy at all. I would even call it smooth. It's one of my favorite parts of it. There's no lint, nothing to snag a nail on and I will use myself from Fall/Winter/Spring and stick with just a sheet in summer. Very good value overall.

This blanket is just like a sweatshirt. It's not heavy but it's enough for chilly mornings and/or paired with another light throw. Great for camper use.

I love this blanket! I've had it for a few years now, and it's still in great condition. It works for most of the year - basically all but the hottest and coldest days. Soft, cozy, and nice-looking.I do wish they had an oversized king option and some more color choices, but this is one of my favorite blankets, and I'm so glad we got it!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It looked so soft and it didn’t disappoint! I got one for my bed and after I used it, I bought one for our guest bed. Our guests really liked it also. Warm and breathable yet not hot at all. I always buy king for our queen bed and it fit perfectly. Ordered the king size blanket in purple. The color is very nice. It fit the bed nicely. Caution this blanket is definitely on the heavier/warmer side. I would not say that this is a summer blanket, especially if you live in a warmer climate. However, it would be great for colder weather. Also, it washed and dried good, no shrinkage or color leaks.

Good quality, and despite of seater material it is very suitable for summer nights, and it doesn't help during winters. The fabric is very soft. Value for money. Finally bought for entire family.

I've been very pleased with the quality and warmth level of this blanket (warm enough for summer in AC, but still lightweight and breathable). I've washed it about 10 times and it's held up great. Looks great too. This is great if you're like me and need a blanket to feel comforted at night but want something light and breathable. I hope you enjoy it too.
